European Union (EU) Ambassador to Bangladesh Charles Whiteley has expressed hope for a qualitative change in its relations with Bangladesh during the next five years under the new government.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday after a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Hassan Mahmood at his ministry, he said this time relations will be more political and driven by partnership and cooperation agreements.
