In addition to the evidence collected during the course of investigation conducted by the Investigating Cell in the applicable proceedings, the Judicial Chamber was comfortably satisfied, after hearing and carefully analyzing the evidence presented before it, that Shohag violated Article 13 (General) duties), 15 (duty of loyalty) and 24 (counterfeiting and forgery) of the FIFA Code of Conduct, 2020 edition.
