US-Bangla Airlines flight BS-342 on Dubai-Chattogram-Dhaka route, after landing in Chattogram, was delayed by about four and a half hours before taking off to Dhaka. It left for Dhaka at 3:09 pm. Apart from this, US-Bangla Airlines flight BS-105 on Dhaka-Chattogram-Dhaka route was cancelled. On the other hand, flydubai’s Chattogram-Dubai route flight FDB-564 departed from Chattogram at 12:16 pm, almost three hours behind schedule.
The Chattogram Ambagan office of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department recorded 38 mm of rain in three hours from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. Due to active monsoon winds, rain may continue for the next few days.
