G7 commits $32 billion in budget support for Ukraine in 2023

According to statements by ministers from the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany, France, Italy and Britain, the entire amount has now been distributed or is in the process of being distributed to Ukraine.

German Finance Minister Christian Lindner said that supporting Ukraine following Russia’s invasion is a priority for the G7. Germany, which took over the presidency of the G7 this year, is handing over the reins to Japan for 2023.
