The first meeting of the Humanitarian Coordination Working Group (HCTT) in 2023 discussed strengthening cooperation on disaster risk management for government-led emergency response, co-chaired by Mohammad Kamrul Hasan, Secretary, Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, and co-chaired by Presided over. Gwynne Lewis, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Bangladesh, said in a press release.
The meeting of the Humanitarian Coordination Working Group, held on 1 February, was attended by government officials, United Nations agency focal points, representatives of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international organizations, the Red Cross Movement and Red Crescent, and diplomatic missions.
