‘Harmony of Hope’ concert held in Dhaka to support Cancer Connect

The Cancer Connect Initiative Foundation (CCI Foundation) organized a musical concert titled “Harmony of Hope: A Concert for Cancer Connect” on Friday at the Bangladesh Military Museum, Bijoy Sarani.

The event was supported by Kazi Farms Group, with its Chairman Kazi Zahidul Hasan, attending the program as the title sponsor and addressing the audience.

The concert featured a live performance by the renowned Bangladeshi band Renaissance, creating an inspiring evening of music and solidarity. Through this initiative, the Foundation sought to stand beside individuals affected by cancer and their families, while highlighting its mission and ongoing activities.

During the event, Dr Lubna Mariam, president of the CCI Foundation, presented an overview of the organization’s work and initiatives. Financial assistance was also formally handed over to several individuals currently undergoing cancer treatment.

Speeches were delivered by Foundation members Munira Sultana Lamia, Abdullah Al Mamun, Afroza Parveen, Fatema Parveen, Nusrat Jahan Raisa, and Dr Kaniz Fatema, who shared their perspectives and reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to supporting the cancer community.
