Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Malik on Sunday said the government has added 1,030 more seats in 37 medical colleges in MBBS courses for the 2023-24 academic session, taking the total number of seats to 5,380.
Besides, there will be 6,384 seats for private medical colleges, along with 375 seats in Armed Forces Medical Colleges.
This year the application fee has been fixed at Taka 1,000.
