The High Court (HC) has directed the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to probe allegations against S Alam Group of investing or transferring money abroad without approval.
The High Court has set a time limit of two months to submit the inquiry report to the ACC.
The High Court bench of Justice Mohammad Nazrul Islam Talukdar and Justice Khizir Hayat passed the order today, Sunday, taking suo motu cognizance.
