The second semi-final of the Qatar World Cup is a match that no one saw coming at the start of the tournament.
At one end is France. The team that lifted the trophy in Russia four years ago and despite numerous injuries arrived in Qatar as one of the main contenders for the title.
At the other end is Morocco. A team that no one really likes, including their fans.
A second round qualification would have been enough to make his campaign a success. But the Marrakesh Express became the first African and Arab team in history to reach the last four of the FIFA World Cup, overcoming teams such as Spain and Portugal in the knockout stage.
But now, they are up against two-time world champions France, who are looking to become the first team since Brazil in 1962 to win back-to-back World Cup titles.
Whoever wins at Al Khor Stadium on Wednesday will face Argentina in football’s biggest game on 18 December. Whereas, the losing team will have to be content with the third-place decider against Croatia on 17 December.
