In the auction, Manik Miyan was the first to buy four eggs for 300 taka each, while Badal Miyan bought the other four eggs for 1,000 taka each.
Manik Mia then donated her eggs to the mosque, triggering a new round of bidding. Competition among four to five devotees drove up the price, and eventually, some MD Rana bought the eggs for 700 taka.
At the end of the auction, the total price of eight eggs was Tk 2,000.
