Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations began across Bangladesh today, Thursday, at 10:00 am.
A total of 1,270,583 candidates, including both regular and irregular candidates, are appearing for the exam this year.
However, an unusually high proportion of regular students – 36 per cent – are not sitting this year’s HSC and equivalent exams.
