The income of Information Minister’s wife Nooran Fatema has also declined. In 2018, his total income was Tk 2,478,225 which is now Tk 1,157,333.
According to the affidavit, Nooran Fatema’s sources of income are – house rent (Tk 210,000), business (Tk 274,000) and shares and savings certificates (Tk 152,000). He has earned Tk 421,333 from banking and other sources.
The information minister has Tk 510,000 in cash while his wife has Tk 40,000. He has funds amounting to Tk 720,000 in his bank accounts and Tk 515,000 in his wife’s bank accounts.
It has been told in the affidavit that among the immovable properties, Hasan Mahmood has 6 katha land in Khulshi Mauza of Panchlash area in Khulna and 7 katha plot in Purbachal.
