Tehran has rejected a US offer of a 48-hour ceasefire, an unnamed source told Iran’s semi-official Fars news agency on Friday.
The proposal was put forward on Wednesday through another country, the source said, who declined to be named. There was no immediate comment or confirmation from the US.
