For the first time, she has worked for a tv drama focused on pandemic. This drama named ‘Golpo Noy’ (not fiction) is on ongoing coronavirus pandemic which has paralyzed the world, economic activities are in halt, millions of people are forced to stay at home. To date, humanity has no effective drug or vaccine. Faria Hossain and Chayanika Chowdhuri have jointly scripted this TV drama. It is directed by Chayanika Chowdhuri and she has reached another milestone with this drama, it’s her 400th TV drama.
Momo says, she has never worked for such a TV drama, it is based on the ongoing global crisis which has shocked every section of society. She will act against Anisur Rahman Milon. Momo will be seen as Anisur Rahman’s wife Rupa who is an emotional girl, her husband lives in Australia. He tested Covid-19 positive in Australia and Momo becomes so perplexed hearing the news. This triggers various incidents.
Talking about shooting arrangement Momo said, shooting during the pandemic wasn’t easy. Everyone tried to work from home as possible they can. There is an awareness message in this drama also, says Momo.
Irfan Sajjad, Mili Bashar, Masum Bashar, and Abul Hayat have also worked for this TV drama. It will be aired on 3rd July on NTV which is the anniversary of this privately-owned TV channel.
