Jatiya Party’s chief patron and opposition leader expressed disappointment over Roshan Ershad’s decision not to contest the elections.

“I participated in the 2014 and 2018 general elections for the sake of the country and democracy. I welcomed the announcement of elections this time and am ready to participate in the elections. He said.

Roshan claimed that due to non-cooperation of JPA President GM Quader and General Secretary Mujibul Haq, many tested leaders-workers were left deprived.

“I cannot take part in the elections because the party leaders were considered weak,” Roshan said.
