MD Asraful Alam Russel, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Jhenaigati in Sherpur district, has been made Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Ministry of Public Administration.
The decision was announced today in a notification signed by Samiul Amin, senior assistant secretary of the ministry.
