Sangha worked with a middleman, Eric Fleming, to sell 51 vials of ketamine to Perry’s live-in personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa.
Iwamasa repeatedly injected Perry with ketamine that he had given her, including on October 28, 2023, when he gave Sangha at least three shots of the drug, causing the actor’s death.
When Sangha heard the news about Peri’s sudden death, she tried to hide her feelings.
“Delete all our messages,” she instructed Fleming.
Sangha’s actions “reflect callous indifference and disregard for life. He prioritized profit over people, and his actions have caused immense suffering to the families and loved ones of his victims,” prosecutors wrote.
Investigators who raided Sangha’s home after Perry’s death found methamphetamine, ketamine, ecstasy, cocaine and counterfeit Xanax pills, as well as a money counting machine, a scale, and devices to detect wireless signals and hidden cameras.
