“The game will be played against the murderers of 1971 and 1975. We will defeat the murderers. We will oppose the communal evil forces,” Obaidul Kader said at the rally.
He said that a large number of people joined the AL’s victory procession and motivated them to reach the rally site on motorcycles.
He said, “People and people and resounding slogans are everywhere. It is like the combined stream of Buriganga, Dhaleshwari and Shityalakhya rivers, which joined the huge gathering of Dhaka city North Awami League today.”
He said that the BNP is instigating to create a rift between Bangladesh and the US. He said that if any problem comes up, it will be dealt with diplomatically.
He assured all the embassies posted in Bangladesh including the US that there is no dearth in the security of diplomats here.
“Everyone will be safe in Sheikh Hasina’s Bangladesh, Bangabandhu’s Bangladesh,” he said.
Begum Matia Chowdhary said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the right of people to food, clothing, shelter, education and treatment has been ensured in Bangladesh.
“We have to move forward defeating the anti-liberation forces,” he said.
