Liton Das has been dropped from Bangladesh's 15-man squad for the third and final match of the ongoing ODI series against Sri Lanka. Zaker Ali has been called in the ODI team for the first time in place of Liton.
Liton is scheduled to leave for Dhaka from Chattogram today while Jekar is likely to join the team today.
Liton could not score a single run in the first two matches of the series. Due to the poor form of this experienced batsman, the selectors have dropped him from the series deciding team. The selectors directly told Liton that he had been dropped from the team due to his poor performance in the ODI format of the game.
