The exhibition opened on February 9 this year and will continue till June 11. Three types of works by Marina Tabassum are on display here: rural, suburban and urban.

Hundreds of such creations are being displayed in three different rooms. This is his first solo exhibition. While other Bangladeshi architects have held exhibitions at the gallery, this is the first time the museum has showcased the works of a Bangladeshi architect. He has previously participated in exhibitions jointly with others. His work was displayed at the Swiss Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the White Chapel Gallery.

Marina Tabassum was awarded an honorary doctorate at the inauguration of the programme. At least 800 visitors were present at the event. It was amazing, he said, adding that over 20,000 people have visited the exhibition so far. This incident has generated interest in knowing Bangladesh.
