The police had registered a case at Ramna police station on October 29 on charges of vandalism and attack on the residence of the Chief Justice during the BNP rally on October 28.
Apart from Mirza Fakhrul, 59 BNP leaders and workers including Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas were accused in this case.
Fakhrul was arrested in this case on October 29 and since then he is in jail.
