A tragic incident occurred in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar when heavy rains caused the mud wall of a house to collapse, killing four members of a family.
The incident occurred around 3:00 am yesterday in Panirchhara area of Morichyaghona, Moulvibazar, Hanila Union of the upazila.
The four victims were identified as Anwara Begum, 50, wife of Fakir Mohammad of Paneerchharra; his son Shahidul Mustafa, 20; his daughter Nilufa Yasmin, 15; and Sadiya Begum, 11. President of Hanila Union Council (UP) Rashed Mahmood Ali confirmed this information to Prothom Alo.
