After interrogating the three arrested in Anwarul Azim abduction case during their eight-day remand, the DMP again produced them before the court today, Friday, and sought another eight-day remand.
After hearing both the sides, the court allowed everyone to be taken on five-day remand. Last Friday, the court had allowed everyone to be taken on eight-day remand.
MP Anwarul Azim went to Kolkata on May 12. He was murdered the next day in his flat in Sanjiva Garden in New Town, Kolkata.
