Business organizations must send a soft copy of their budget proposals to NBR through email [email protected]. NBR will give due consideration to the proposals received.
Institutions, organizations or offices that are not members of a chamber or association can also submit their budget proposals directly through the same email address.
The press release of the NBR further states that it formulates policies for government revenue collection as part of the budget preparation process.
To ensure participatory, people-oriented and equitable budget, the National Board of Revenue has continuously invited budget proposals from taxpayers at all levels, various industrial and trade bodies, trade associations, professional organizations, research institutions and members of the intellectual community of the country and discussed with them the methods of revenue collection.
