Goals from Memphis Depay and Daley Blind gave the Netherlands a 2-0 halftime lead in their first World Cup knockout match over the United States at the Khalifa International Stadium on Saturday.
Depay’s superb finish broke the deadlock in the 10th minute and Blind struck again just before the break to set the Dutch up for a quarter-final clash with Argentina or Australia.
