North Korea criticized the US decision to send tanks to Ukraine for a second day on Sunday, calling it an “immoral crime” aimed at maintaining an unstable international situation.
Kwon Chung-kyun, director of US affairs at North Korea’s foreign ministry, said Washington’s allegation that North Korea has provided weapons to Russia is a “baseless rumour” to justify its military aid to Ukraine. Agency KCNA.
“The United States continues to work hard to supply offensive weapons such as (main battle tanks) to Ukraine at any cost, regardless of the international community’s legitimate concern and criticism,” the statement said. “It is an immoral crime aimed at destabilizing the international situation.”
