He made this comment while speaking as the chief guest at a program organized at Mirza Ruhul Amin Auditorium in Kalibari area of Thakurgaon city this afternoon, Friday.
The local government minister said, “Sadly, some people have started doing unethical business here, which is harmful for our country and nation. I have told the administration that a close watch should be kept on this. Measures should be taken so that no one can profiteer by selling fuel in a corrupt manner during this crisis.”
Mirza Fakhrul urged people not to be unstable, saying, “Never harbor wrongdoing. Never encourage those who spread lies and false propaganda. Unfortunately, a class has emerged in Bangladesh that wants to undermine stability.”
He said, “We have come together to defeat a fascist force. Those who gave their lives to build a better Bangladesh – don’t we owe them something? Shouldn’t we honor that sacrifice? Making Bangladesh a peaceful, stable and developed country is that honor.”
