The Bangladesh Navy is conducting the IFR to mark the birth centenary of Bangladesh’s founding father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the golden jubilee of the country’s independence.
This is the first IFR of the country with participation from so many countries including USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, India, China, Korea, Indonesia, Turkey, Netherlands and host Bangladesh.
The IFR serves as an ideal platform for the Navies of the world to showcase their prowess, naval diplomacy, goodwill and cooperation in the international arena.
