Bangladeshi Prime Minister was adjudged one of the most powerful women of the world earlier this year. This time, the glossy women’s magazine Glamour has nominated the prime minister, Sheikh Hasina, as one of its 18 women of the year.
Hasina was included among the 18 female heads of state or government as one of the ‘Women of the Year’ of Glamour, with a circulation of 2.4 million.
The 18 women were honoured for being ‘focused on the issues of women’s empowerment’ in 2010.
