Momen said that Mauritius President Prithviraj Singh Rooppan, Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Ministers and Ministers of State level delegations from 25 countries will participate in the conference.
In addition, around 150 foreign guests including representatives from D8, SAARC and BIMSTEC will participate in the conference, the minister said.
The participating ministers will also visit the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmandi 32 to pay respects to the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, while Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will also host a dinner in honor of the guests.
