Earlier he visited Japan in 1997, 2010, 2014, 2016 and 2019.
This time the Emperor of Japan will receive Sheikh Hasina. Japanese Prime Minister Fumio will hold a summit meeting with Sheikh Hasina and then host a working dinner in her honour.
During the visit, the PM is scheduled to attend some bilateral meetings as well as an investment summit and a community reception.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she will also present the “Friends of Liberation War Honor” to some Japanese citizens.
