Police have arrested retired Lieutenant General Chaudhary Hasan Sarwardy from Savar, Dhaka.
Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Joint Commissioner (Detective Branch) Harun-ya-Rashid confirmed the arrest of Prothom Alo, saying that they arrested him from Savar Model Town area on Tuesday.
