The newly appointed DMP Commissioner said an initiative called ‘Commissioner Ko Sandesh’ would be launched to enhance the quality of service in police stations.
“If the victim does not get service from the police stations then anyone will be able to send a message to the commissioner. Also, if people do not receive service at the DB (Detective Branch) they will be able to send messages to me directly,” Habibur Rahman said.
Calling traffic jams as one of the major problems of the city, Habibur Rahman said, “I held my first meeting with the DMP traffic department. I heard the problems and started working to reduce traffic congestion.
