A policeman has been removed from duty for harassing a journalist outside the Parliament House on Manik Miya Avenue in Dhaka.
According to Farooq Hussain, deputy commissioner of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police, constable Shahinur Rahman has been attached to the police line and will face disciplinary action.
Saeed Arman, a senior reporter of Nagorik TV, was reporting on the resignation of BNP MPs from Parliament on Sunday when Constable Shaheenur snatched his microphone.
