Noting that the masterplan will ensure rational use of land in the development process, Mehboob said the Prime Minister asked to monitor so that houses and industries are not built here and there or the land is not used in any other way .
He said once the masterplan is ready, it will bring discipline in land use.
Additionally, the Cabinet approved in principle the draft of the Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which provides for the creation of a regulatory board, Mehboob said.
