Prime Minister and Awami League chairperson Sheikh Hasina on Monday issued a warning against hoarders of essential commodities and market manipulators, saying they will have to face punishment for this unholy act.

Noting that sudden price increase (of essential commodities) immediately after elections is quite unusual, Sheikh Hasina said, “It is inevitable to find out who are the people behind this price increase”.
