According to the decision of the Steering Committee, out of the new training period of 10 months, four months will be in the classroom. So it will not be difficult to continue teaching with trainee teachers.
A report published in Prothom Elo about teacher crisis in primary schools reveals that parents volunteered to teach as one school did not have teachers. In the steering committee meeting, two members suggested to change the training period to one year. However, this was rejected by the majority.
