“It has rained not just in the capital but almost across the country. It has been raining in Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions since morning. These areas may receive multiple spells of rain throughout the day, and there is also a possibility of hailstorm,” meteorologist Muhammad Abul Kalam Mallik told Prothom Alo this morning.
In the last 12 hours, rainfall measurements included 46 mm at Chuadanga, 27 mm at Jashore, 31 mm at Dimla in Nilphamari and 26 mm at Gopalganj.
