Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez on Saturday recorded her statement before the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police in connection with the Rs 200 crore fraud case involving jailed Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
Her statement was recorded under section 164 (recording of confessions and statements) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
The Patiala House Court on Thursday adjourned till December 12 the hearing of the money laundering case involving Jacqueline and millionaire swindler Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
Earlier on November 15, the court had granted anticipatory bail to Jacqueline.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently filed its second supplementary charge sheet naming Jacqueline as an accused.
