The ruling party will nominate candidates for 48 of the 50 reserved seats, while the average number of candidates for each seat is 32.
According to party sources, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will deliver a speech in front of all the interested candidates and decide on the nominations with the board. Later, she will leave for a state visit to Germany.
