Bangladesh cricket team captain Shakib Al Hasan has met Awamai League general secretary Obaidul Quader at the party’s Dhanmondi office.
AL Deputy Office Secretary Saim Khan confirmed the news to Prothom Alo.
Eyewitnesses said that Shakib reached the political office of AL President Sheikh Hasina in Dhanmondi today, Thursday, at around 6 pm. He then exchanged greetings with Obaidul Quader and discussed with him for about half an hour.
