The Prime Minister, and also the ruling party chief, Sheikh Hasina, has been placed in the Forbes’s list of the world’s most powerful women.
She ranked 47 in the list published by the magazine on Wednesday.
Earlier on April 7, she ranked 22 in the list of 100 influential Asians.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel topped list for the fourth consecutive year.
