Jamie Siddons has quit as Bangladesh’s batting coach to work with ‘Bangladesh A team’ and ‘Bangladesh Tigers’ as he looks to groom the players for future endeavours, reports BSS.
The former head coach of the Bangladesh national cricket team said this in a Facebook post on Monday.
“I am back in Dhaka after a short break. I will no longer be working with the national team as I feel my best value to BCB is to work with the next generation to ensure that The players outside the team are being looked after well.” and improving every day in preparation for his next opportunity to play for his country,” Siddons’ post read.
