Police said that at 3.00 a.m. on Saturday, Arjina along with Al Amin, the son of her first marriage, mercilessly thrashed Kalam with a stick, leading to his death.
Later the body was thrown near the pond.
On information, the police recovered the body and arrested Al Amin in this connection.
Arjun was absconding since the incident.
