It has been raining continuously since morning. Dipto is trapped in his home in Jigatola, Dhaka, with no way out. While preparing lunch, he came to know that there was rice and pulses in the kitchen, but no turmeric. Unable to risk going to the market in heavy rain, he decided to cook ‘Sada Khichuri’ (white Khichuri).
However, Dipto’s focus is not on the color of his food. He is busy with another concern, regarding his career. He’s sitting in front of his laptop staring at an old CV.
Over the past few months, he has applied to many organizations, yet no one responded. In some instances, he reached the interview stage, but was rejected at the last moment. His friends would often joke, “Your CV has traveled so many places that it is the CV itself that has the most experience!”
