Law enforcement agencies launched a joint operation at 6:00 am on Tuesday in remote Kalapahar areas of Kulaura Upazila of Maulvibazar. The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP)’s Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) Unit, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Unit, Detective Branch (DB) and local police stations were involved in the operation.
