In a written reply, the minister said, as per the latest document of Public Administration “Statistics of Government Servants 2022”, there are 533,000 vacancies on the posts of officers and employees of all ministries, departments, directorates and offices. The minister said, out of this, 358,000 posts were appointed between 2019 and 2023.
