During a raid on a bus near Babu Bazar Bridge, the CIID team detained 12 people, including three Indians, for their alleged involvement in gold smuggling, Directorate Revenue Officer Shafiqul Islam said. Shafiqul said the identities of the detainees could not be immediately confirmed. “Details will be revealed through a press conference on Sunday.”
