Noted film-maker Tareque Masud, killed in a fatal road accident, will be buried beside the grave of his father at his family graveyard after Zohr prayers on Wednesday.
Habibur Rahman Masud, younger brother of Tareque Masud, told banglanews that he will be buried in the family graveyard at Nurpur village after holding Janaza at Faridpur Bhanga High School premises.
Renowned film-maker Tareque Masud and ATN News Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ashfaq Munier Mishuk are among five people killed in a terrible road accident on the Dhaka-Aricha highway in Gheor upazila of Manikganj district on August 13, sending shockwaves all around.

This internationally recognized film director also earned repute by making some other films like ‘Muktir Gaan’ (The Song of Freedom, 1995) and ‘Muktir Kotha’ (The Story of Freedom), 1996.
He also made ‘Ontarjatra’ (The Homeland), 2006 and ‘Runway’, 2010. He was currently busy screening his works in local areas to revive the cinema and film industry as well.
