BNP President Tariq Rehman has reached the residence of Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Shafiqur Rehman.
According to BNP’s media cell, Tariq Rehman entered Jamaat Ameer’s house in Bashundhara residential area of the capital today, Sunday evening, at 7:10 pm.
BNP won a significant victory in the 13th national parliamentary elections.
In this election, Jamaat-e-Islami, once an ally of BNP, won the second highest number of seats.
